Local roofing in Richmond Hill

Your neighbours’ roofer since 1986

The company started in Richmond Hill in 1986, and it’s still run by the family. Many Richmond Hill homes were built in the 1980s and 90s in Richvale, Westbrook, Jefferson and Rouge Woods. Many of those roofs are on their second set of shingles now, and some of the original plywood decks are starting to soften at the eaves.

Up in Oak Ridges the houses sit higher on the moraine and take more wind, so we see more lifted shingles and ridge caps after storms. In Bayview Hill and Mill Pond we do a lot of larger estate roofs, including cedar, slate and metal.
